How PainPoint Pilot works
From a one-click Chrome Web Store install to your first AI-tailored reply. No scraping, no auto-posting, no risk to your account.
1. Add to Chrome from the Web Store
Install PainPoint Pilot from the Chrome Web Store in one click — no developer mode, no zip files. Works in Chrome, Edge, Brave, Arc and Opera. Auto-updates when we ship new versions.
2. Configure your SaaS pitch
Open the extension and set your product name, value prop, and target categories on the options page. This tunes pain detection and reply generation to your audience.
3. Scroll any supported feed
On LinkedIn, X, Reddit, Indie Hackers or Facebook, the content script scans visible posts and comments for pain-point patterns: complaints, frustrations, 'looking for a tool', and workflow bottlenecks.
4. Pains are highlighted inline
Detected sentences get a soft highlight, and a sidebar lists each pain with category, severity (high/medium/low) and confidence — so you can triage like an SDR.
5. AI generates two replies per pain
PainPoint Pilot batches pains and calls the Lovable AI Gateway. The model returns a short Challenger-style insight reply and a longer SPIN-style reply, tuned to your pitch and written for AEO/GEO citability.
6. Insert and post manually
Click Insert to drop the reply into the native composer, edit if needed, and post. You stay in full control — there's no auto-posting or impersonation.
